We offer a variety of massage modalities, combined in a customized
treatment plan designed to meet your body’s individual needs.
Modalities offered include Muscular Therapy, Myofascial Release,
Neuromuscular Therapy and sports massage.
Payment for services is expected at the beginning of the
appointment. We accept cash and personal checks. Unfortunately, we
are unable to accept credit card payments at this time.

Relaxation Massage
The goal of this form of massage is relaxation, stress reduction
and an enhanced sense of well-being. Pressure is moderate, and the
pace of the treatment is slow and soothing. Relaxation massage is
generally performed while the client is unclothed, but adjustments to
the massage can easily be made if the client prefers to remain
partially or fully clothed for the massage.

Deep Tissue Massage
This is a more intensive form of massage that uses a variety of
techniques to release persistent muscular tension, reduce pain and
improve range of motion and physical performance. Deeper pressure is
used as the massage progresses, and the pace of the session will vary
from slow to fast depending upon the techniques used. Deep tissue
massage is generally performed while the client is unclothed, but
adjustments to the massage can easily be made if the client prefers
to remain partially or fully clothed for the massage.

Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy work that is practiced worldwide. The
client is fully clothed and lies down on a massage table to receive
the treatment. Reiki sessions involve a series of hand placements on
or over the body to transmit healing energy to the client. These
sessions are relaxing, energizing and promote the body’s natural

Chair Massage
Chair massage sessions typically last 5-10 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged. The client is fully clothed and seated on a specially designed massage chair during the session. This massage form is perfect for lunch breaks, health fairs and company events. Chair massage is a proven morale-booster, and can help improve productivity and relieve workplace stress. Chair massage is not currently offered at our office, but chair massage sessions may be arranged for your office or event.
